Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Examples of major failures include:

Coffee that is spoiled or damaged

Products that are unsafe to consume

Products that are significantly different from the description
How to Make a Claim
To report a damaged or faulty product, please email us at kahvilands@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

A clear description of the issue

Photos of the item and packaging
While we request that issues be reported within 7 days, this does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
